Why do people attend a CRHP Weekend?
The reasons are as diverse as the participants. - Some come to find a place for more spirituality in their lives and others participate because they’d like to become more involved in their parish community. - Some participants attend to become a better parent; some join to become a better spouse; - Still others might be looking for a break in the hectic routine of their daily lives to center themselves and find the priorities in their lives, and others may attend merely at the urging of friends and family. The reasons are many. The results are the same; a heart that is renewed in faith and enlivened in fellowship.
Where do the CRHP retreats take place?
The Renewal weekends occur in the spring and the fall and take place at the St. Jude Parish Center. The second floor of the Parish Center has dormitory style rooms where participants spend the night.
